John said “I am looking forward to developing the Guildford office still further and building on our existing relationships with clients, financial advisers, lawyers and accountants. Kate has invaluable experience of relationship management and I know she will continue to support me in my new role.”
Kate will continue working as an investment manager at Thesis in Guildford, and commented “I am very happy to hand the director’s role to John, who has contributed so much to the Guildford office. All businesses should develop and reward talented staff and I’m glad to have the opportunity to do so. In addition, this gives me more freedom to focus on what I enjoy the most: helping my clients achieve their investment goals.”
