Novia completes leadership team with Harrison hire
Novia Financial, the adviser-focused platform business, has announced the completion of its executive team with the appointment of Lynzi Harrison as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Harrison joins Novia from LV= where she was Managing Director of the Heritage business. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Old Mutual during which time she held a number of senior roles including UK Platform Operations Director at Old Mutual Wealth and Director of Operational Assurance UK at Old Mutual Limited.
Harrison is also a non-executive director at TISA Exchange (TeX) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
As COO, Harrison will report directly to Novia CEO, Patrick Mill, working closely with him and the six-strong executive team to deliver the business’ ambitious long-term growth and development strategy. Harrison will have responsibility for the strategic operational development of the business and will lead and manage the day-to-day servicing capability of the team ensuring excellent support, and improved efficiency and experience for all users of the platform.
The strengthened executive team, which Mill has been building since joining Novia as CEO in May 2021, is made up of some of the most experienced platform leaders in the sector, including;
James Slade, Chief Financial Officer
Tom Dudley, Chief Risk Officer
Vicki Baker, Chief People Officer
Chris Bowles, Chief Technology Officer
Barry Neilson, Chief Commercial Officer (from 1 March 2022)
