Octo Members becomes part of MRM Group

It gives me enormous pleasure to reveal that, Octo Members, the leading community of financial services professionals in the UK, is now part of MRM Group.

While the deal has seen a new ownership structure put in place, Octo Members will remain fiercely independent of mind and spirit within the MRM Group, always serving the interests of its community first, entirely focused on and dedicated to encouraging debate and idea-sharing in the pursuit of best practice.

What the team have done and built over the years is remarkable and I am absolutely thrilled that Andy, Lee, Debbie and Will have agreed to be part of the new look team and play their part in the future success of the community and the exciting things that will come next.

With frighteningly close to 30 years under my belt in the financial services sector (Lee and Andy have a few more than that!) I believe there has never been a more exciting time to be in, and around, the advice space.

The highly engaged and vibrant Octo community of more than 4,000 members sits at the very heart of that space, something it will continue to do with more energy and enthusiasm than ever before.

If you are already part of the community, I thank you for your continued support. If you are yet to engage, I urge you to join us and get involved.

The future of the community is an exciting one and we have big plans for future activity and developments, and I wouldn’t want you to miss out!
